Body Bag vs Net Grade

My biggest complaint about PCGS is that they body bag submissions (in lieu of Net Grading). Please expand upon the PCGS position of using body bags instead of providing a Net Grade on submissions.

Over the years we've asked both our dealer network and collector customers their opinions on this issue numerous times. The response is always mixed, but a strong majority of our users like things the way they are. They don't want problem coins in PCGS holders. They don't like the implication for the product, the grading standard, or the effect on their holdings of PCGS graded, non-problem coins. So we listen to our customers and body bag the problems.

Frankly, we would probably make more money (at least short term), if we net graded everything, but it's just not what our paying customers want.
