thats not all that unusual, the proof gets better handling and less damage so a real ms69 is more scarce than a pr69. Look at the Ike dollars in the price guide for an example of ms pricing..ms67 clad coins are 20 times higher than the proof of the same year.

I haven't had any problem selling modern commemoratives. As a matter of fact, the Mod. Comm. market is quite hot right now.
