Turn-around times

Why are turn-around times getting slower and slower? Where is the bottle neck? If you don't want people to use the lower price services, why not just get rid of them? As it is, you are forcing people to use the higher levels to get any kind of decent service.

    Turn around times have not improved for modern and economy services because every time we increase our capcity, submissions increase even more. We've added several new graders, and many sealers, shippers, and receivers...but we still can't catch up. Submissions have increased 25% in just the past 90 days. We're doing the best we can...I'm sure you don't want apprentices to grade your coins!
