I called Fleer at the beginning of last week, because I had 2 Sweet Sigs (Melian and Inge) redemptions waiting since last fall. The customer service staffer I talked to noted that I also had a Shaq Avantcard waiting for redemption, and told me that one of the Sweet Sigs (Jackson Melian bat) could not be fulfilled because he didn't sign all he was supposed to. Iwould therefore get a replacement card of equal or greater value.
I got 2 redemptions in separate UPS packages on Friday - one was the Shaq Avantcard, with a pack of Fleer Premium BK included - a nice pack, as it had a Dooling jersey card and a Francis /250 insert. The other was likely in place of the Melian, as it was a Joe Carter 2002 GOTG auto, and had a pack of 2002 Patchworks (nothing special inside) with it.
I'm calling back next week to see when I should expect the Brandon Inge glove auto.

I was right that the Joe Carter was in place of the Jackson Melian. I got the other redemption today via regular mail, and it was a Maury Wills autographed card from 2002 GOTG, with a letter of apology that they were not able to fulfill the Inge auto bat card. There was no extra pack included this time.

Calling Fleer definitely did the job.
