Are either of these 1967 SMS Quarters Cameo?? More Pictures Added

They look good to me, but not sure what it takes to make the grade. One looks a bit deeper than the other??









My camera is not the best but here are some head on shots of the front and back. There is a light gold tone on the wing tips.

The contrast and depth are difficult to determine on an angle.

67's don't get much slack from the graders for being MS. Grade them as you would regular issue 68-71 proof coins and you'll be close. The nice 67s have good mirrors, and the contrast is sometimes outstanding. The lighting in your pics makes it difficult to tell how much contrast exists, but the bottom coin looks better to me even with the hazy mirrors. Can you put up a full-on pic with a shot of the reverse?

I think you may indeed have some cameos on your hands. The mirror depth certainly appears to be at the level PCGS likes to see for the designation.

Both nice coins, but a tough call. Obverse #2 and reverse #1 are both nice. They appear to me to be tweeners. Good luck.

First one looks like it should make it if the reverse doesn't keep it out. The second obviously
has some cameo effect, but probably not enough to get the grade.

Send them to NGC and if they don't get the cameo they will probably get the *
