    Foreign draft in US $. Will cost the buyer, but protects you. It's almost a certfied check, unless the buyer actually stole the draft.

    PayPal works, too, if you are into that sort of thing. Euros, British Pounds, Canadian dollars.

    I've sent international postal money order in U.S funds from my country(Japan) many times and haven't had any trouble yet.
