What do I Get??

Homerun Hall, PCGS is really confusing me. I did not want to take advantage of the Bowers offer. Instead I sign back up at the Gold level a month early to take advantage of the free submissions. I came real close to taking the Platinum level. Well here's my beef. The PCGS website says I get 4 regular submissions guaranteed 15 days. The PCGS submission form that came with my Gold level say 30 days. The only reason I wanted this was the 15 day guarantee. BTW, the PCGS website still says 15 days Guarantee for the Gold level. I am Confused!!! image

    We mistakenly sent out some incorrect information. The correct turn-around time for the service should be 30 days. Sorry for the confusion.
