Heads-up if you bid sight-unseen: lot 345 (1799/8 bust dollar) is, in my opinion, holed and plugged just right of the date. Also, in lot 349, the "1878" Seated Dollar is actually an 1872. I've mentioned both of these issues to the good folks at Scotsman Auction Co.

This auction takes place in new Carrollton, MD, a suburb of Baltimore, July 25-26.

I have viewed the lots in my areas of interest and there are quite a few "problem" coins. There are also a few diamonds in the rough.
