Question regarding Free Gradings

When you send in cards with your free grading awards from the registry do you still have to include return shipping and insurance with the submission or just submit the cards and everything is free? Getting ready to cash in on a few of these and wasn't sure about this, if anyone know's your help would be greatly appreciated.

Only the grading is free. You are responsible for shipping fees.
