DO NOT DEAL WITH ebayer ZOMHEAD2 !

I sent him the payment, i receive a damaged card but i still leave him a positive feedback whilst mentioning the card's condition
What does he do ? He leaves me a neutral feedback saying not to deal with me ! UNBELIEVABLE !
Furthermore i paid him 5 $ for global priority shipping ! Then he replies on his feedback that i didn't pay enough for shipping ! He sent it in a big global enveloppe which is 9 $ !
Not my problem !
So if you have half a brain, avoid this seller at all cost

what was the card?
Granted, the auction had a picture but the card was described near mint , and it came worse then on the picture
Not really the case ...
I just thought i'd give you guys the heads up, wasn't intending to make a big fuss about it at all, but his leaving me a neutral and calling me a bad buyer just pissed me off

drives me crazy
He just sent me this "FRIENDLY" e-mail
he's obviously dodging the actual topic: the feedback and the condition of the card
There is nothing wrong with me my friend. But there must be something wrong with you like , maybe you can't read? As stated in the auction description NRMT which in the card collecting world means "near mint". Not to mention the FACT that auction was to be for "U.S. and Canada only" and that "payment is expected within 10 days of auction end". All of those are clearly stated in the auction description AND details. Not to mention that you bid on an item knowing that you have no money. I was good enough to wait for you to scrounge up the money. I was never once impatient only when the money did arrive with instructions for a f****** SCREW DOWN that cost about $2.00 in the U.S., Then wanted the value at under $10.00, which I did without hesitation but to top it all off, you e mail me wanting pos. feedback? And telling me "the cards not here yet" after you were given the tracking number. You were lucky that you got the feedback that you got! Let me give you some advice. Take time to read the auction listing. When you are 30 days sending payment, be a little more patient and don't make so many demands. I feel that you got better feedback that you deserved. And one more thing, I have never experienced someone like you either. Learn to read and don't bid on things that you don't have money to pay for, and don't hide your feedback. Sellers want to know what they are dealing with. I knew as soon as I saw the feedback was private that this was going to turn bad. Have a good day!

It didn't say that at your auction, there's a good reason why i allways have cards shipped to me global because it's just the same as in the US, so the seller no longer has an excuse not to ship to me
Further more, if you would be so kind , put the feedback i left you here and see if that was negative ! not at all ! If i can't even say the card wasn't as expected ! So then you come with the excuse that i didn't contact you about it
Well duh, i knew you wouldn't do anything about it at all, i can tell that
Nor did you e-mail me either to work it out to give me some kind of making-up thingy
And then to top it all off, you leave me such a feedback trying to blaim it on me, not to mention the last e-mail you sent me calling me a mouse, whatever that means
And for your info, i sent 4.50 $ for Global Priority, it costs 5 $ , it's not my problem at all if you used the way to large flat rate enveloppe, which costs 9 $ , so don't even try to use that excuse that i paid 4 $ less for shipping
I just wanted to make this clearer , tomorrow i will delete this post because frankly, i am sick of it ....
I know who is at fault leaving me the ridiculous feedback and i'm sure others will agree with me
Good luck with your future ebay auctions but you will never see me bidding on one of them anymore
P.S. if my feedback is private or public , that is none of your business, that's my business
Lots of people do it

It was a U.S. and Canada only auction. When that is stated in the auction, it is there for a reason. Why do you think people put it there? No matter what their reason, or excuse, It is their auction, their prerogative. Bottom line is you should follow and respect their conditions for bidding.
Auction item # 2734258923
Below is the feedback that you wanted me to post. As you can see the feedback was a pos. with neg. comment insinuating that I did not accurately describe the item.

Praise : Card received quickly, good seller even though the condition isn't all that, B +
Response by zomhead2 - CARD WAS AS DESRIBED. TOOK BUYER A MONTH TO PAY. DIDN'T SEND ENOUGH MONEY.
As for you not e-mailing me with the condition of the card, I can't read your mind and I am surely not going to make good on something after you insinuated that I was misleading in my description.
As for the postage. That is the only size envelope that the post office had in stock. I guess everyone was mailing Global Priority that day. Who knows? It's not the first time or the last that I have went to the post office to get a box or other supplies and find them to be out of stock. I have my supplies home delivered now but never ordered any Global priority envelopes considering I never ship that way.
Bottom line is if you would have read the item description, Followed my bidding conditions we wouldn't be posting this in this forum. Would we? I'm sure that any level headed eBayer would agree that you read the item description as well as sellers conditions for bidding before making your bid.
As for your feedback. You are right. That is your right to have private feedback. You are honestly the only person I have ever seen have it. I didn't even know it could be done. but with all of your excessive bid retractions, I can understand why you wouldn't want anyone to see them.

Notice all of the bid retractions? 22 in the past 6 months. Obviously you do not follow eBays rules for retracting bids. Not too surprised since you ignore sellers terms for bidding as well.
as for deleting the post. You had better hurry because it is evident that you do not follow instuctions as it shows in your bid retracting and your faliure to read item descriptions and follow seller terms for bidding. I strongley suggest that you go back and read the ebay user agreement. It may keep you out of trouble in the future. As for you not bidding on my auctions anymore, i blocked you from bidding so we are both in agreement on that one.
