DO NOT DEAL WITH ebayer ZOMHEAD2 !

I sent him the payment, i receive a damaged card but i still leave him a positive feedback whilst mentioning the card's condition

What does he do ? He leaves me a neutral feedback saying not to deal with me ! UNBELIEVABLE !

Furthermore i paid him 5 $ for global priority shipping ! Then he replies on his feedback that i didn't pay enough for shipping ! He sent it in a big global enveloppe which is 9 $ !
Not my problem !

So if you have half a brain, avoid this seller at all cost

He just sent me this "FRIENDLY" e-mail

he's obviously dodging the actual topic: the feedback and the condition of the card

There is nothing wrong with me my friend. But there must be something wrong with you like , maybe you can't read? As stated in the auction description NRMT which in the card collecting world means "near mint". Not to mention the FACT that auction was to be for "U.S. and Canada only" and that "payment is expected within 10 days of auction end". All of those are clearly stated in the auction description AND details. Not to mention that you bid on an item knowing that you have no money. I was good enough to wait for you to scrounge up the money. I was never once impatient only when the money did arrive with instructions for a f****** SCREW DOWN that cost about $2.00 in the U.S., Then wanted the value at under $10.00, which I did without hesitation but to top it all off, you e mail me wanting pos. feedback? And telling me "the cards not here yet" after you were given the tracking number. You were lucky that you got the feedback that you got! Let me give you some advice. Take time to read the auction listing. When you are 30 days sending payment, be a little more patient and don't make so many demands. I feel that you got better feedback that you deserved. And one more thing, I have never experienced someone like you either. Learn to read and don't bid on things that you don't have money to pay for, and don't hide your feedback. Sellers want to know what they are dealing with. I knew as soon as I saw the feedback was private that this was going to turn bad. Have a good day!

  • To all of you that are interested in how this whole deal went down. I listed the card on eBay. (item # 2734258923 ) A bidder by eBay I.D. of king_kong_lives ( known here as Kobecollector4ever )won the auction. As always I check the feedback of the winner. I saw that his feedback was "private" And that he had 23 bid retractions in the past 6 months, I was a little nervous, Granted he had no neg. feedback so I was somewhat at ease. I E-mailed him with the total and my mailing information. He E-mailed me back a day or two later, said that there was a problem. That he had no money but not to worry, that he was going to sell some cards and either Paypal me the money or send cash. I told him that it was OK, just to keep me informed. About a week or two went by, he e-mailed me and said that he would be sending the money. When it arrived, 20 days after the auction ended he had instructions to "Mail the card in a good screw down and put it in a bubble envelope. Send it as a gift valued at less than $10.00 and send it Global Priority mail. He also included that "I know I didn't send enough for Global but that is all of the money that I have, " I e-mailed him and told him that I got the money and the card would be mailed out the next day. I e-mailed him the next day with the tracking # and told him that the card was on the way. That it was mailed Global Priority, Valued at $10.00 and sent as a gift and that it cost $4.00 more to mail it than he paid. He e-mails me back a few days later to tell me that he has not got the card yet and ask me to leave him pos. feedback.--I e-mailed him back, told him that I had sent him the tracking #, sent it Global Priority as he asked and that I have no control over the mail. I also told him that I would leave him feedback after he left it for me. My reason for this was from being an active seller on ebay for nearly 5 years I could tell from his e-mails and demands made in the snail mail that he would make this a difficult transaction. If you wish to do some checking, go to my eBay, check some of the feedback that I have left for others and see who left feedback first. I always leave feedback the same day payment is received if possible. Unless I have a bad feeling about how a transaction will go. And about my feedback. I have 3 negs. 1 from a guy that had his package crushed at the post office which I had no control over and 2 for items that I bought and was not sent the items. That feedback was in retaliation for neg. feedback that I had left the seller for keeping my money. As for the card. It was as described. Near mint. I had a supersize picture with the listing. And why did he not contact me when he got the card to tell me it was damaged? I could not have given a full refund but I would have made an effort to make him happy. As for his ebay usage. I have in my auctions US and Canada bidders only. He lives in Belgium! I also require payment within 10 days of auction end. He bid without having any money! But I still cut him some slack and agreed to wait till he could get some money together. So, when this guy gets his card, he leaves a pos. feedback with neg. comments as if I misrepresented my auction without ever informing me that he was unhappy with the condition of the card. I feel that the neutral feedback that he got was justified. he neglected to read the rules for bidding on my auction as well as ignored the bidding conditions. If any of you are sellers on eBay I would hope that you could see my side. If you are buyers, I hope that you follow the sellers conditions. Maybe we can all learn a lesson. If the buyer emails you and says he has no money then sell the item to the next high bidder. If you are buyer, don't bid if you don't have the money to pay and if a seller says in his listing that he only sells to certain countries or areas, don't bid. As for him telling you all not to deal with me, that is fine as well. I only came on this forum because my friend told me of what was said. Hopefully you can see as a seller or a buyer why this deal went sour. We wouldn't even be discussing this in the forum if the bidder would have read the item description and terms for bidding. As to why his feedback is private, I have no idea. ask him and see what he says. Mine is not. Feel free to check it. E-mail some of the users that have dealt with me.

  • Yes i did. Is there a problem with freedom of speech on this site?
  • excuses excuses .... so it was a US only auction, i never mind that, unless it says in the item description clearly that the seller doesn't ship international , then i don't bid

It didn't say that at your auction, there's a good reason why i allways have cards shipped to me global because it's just the same as in the US, so the seller no longer has an excuse not to ship to me

Further more, if you would be so kind , put the feedback i left you here and see if that was negative ! not at all ! If i can't even say the card wasn't as expected ! So then you come with the excuse that i didn't contact you about it

Well duh, i knew you wouldn't do anything about it at all, i can tell that
Nor did you e-mail me either to work it out to give me some kind of making-up thingy

And then to top it all off, you leave me such a feedback trying to blaim it on me, not to mention the last e-mail you sent me calling me a mouse, whatever that means

And for your info, i sent 4.50 $ for Global Priority, it costs 5 $ , it's not my problem at all if you used the way to large flat rate enveloppe, which costs 9 $ , so don't even try to use that excuse that i paid 4 $ less for shipping

I just wanted to make this clearer , tomorrow i will delete this post because frankly, i am sick of it ....

I know who is at fault leaving me the ridiculous feedback and i'm sure others will agree with me

Good luck with your future ebay auctions but you will never see me bidding on one of them anymore

P.S. if my feedback is private or public , that is none of your business, that's my business
    Lots of people do it

  • It was a U.S. and Canada only auction. When that is stated in the auction, it is there for a reason. Why do you think people put it there? No matter what their reason, or excuse, It is their auction, their prerogative. Bottom line is you should follow and respect their conditions for bidding.

    Auction item # 2734258923

Below is the feedback that you wanted me to post. As you can see the feedback was a pos. with neg. comment insinuating that I did not accurately describe the item.

Praise : Card received quickly, good seller even though the condition isn't all that, B +
Response by zomhead2 - CARD WAS AS DESRIBED. TOOK BUYER A MONTH TO PAY. DIDN'T SEND ENOUGH MONEY.

As for you not e-mailing me with the condition of the card, I can't read your mind and I am surely not going to make good on something after you insinuated that I was misleading in my description.

As for the postage. That is the only size envelope that the post office had in stock. I guess everyone was mailing Global Priority that day. Who knows? It's not the first time or the last that I have went to the post office to get a box or other supplies and find them to be out of stock. I have my supplies home delivered now but never ordered any Global priority envelopes considering I never ship that way.

Bottom line is if you would have read the item description, Followed my bidding conditions we wouldn't be posting this in this forum. Would we? I'm sure that any level headed eBayer would agree that you read the item description as well as sellers conditions for bidding before making your bid.

As for your feedback. You are right. That is your right to have private feedback. You are honestly the only person I have ever seen have it. I didn't even know it could be done. but with all of your excessive bid retractions, I can understand why you wouldn't want anyone to see them.

Notice all of the bid retractions? 22 in the past 6 months. Obviously you do not follow eBays rules for retracting bids. Not too surprised since you ignore sellers terms for bidding as well.
as for deleting the post. You had better hurry because it is evident that you do not follow instuctions as it shows in your bid retracting and your faliure to read item descriptions and follow seller terms for bidding. I strongley suggest that you go back and read the ebay user agreement. It may keep you out of trouble in the future. As for you not bidding on my auctions anymore, i blocked you from bidding so we are both in agreement on that one.
