had a problem with my redemption saying it was already redeemed. The problem was I opened the pack and scratched the card.

there solution was to have me send them the redemption card so they could look into the situation.

My theory is the card is now gone, and I will not see the redemption

damn... you got screwed... i doubt they'll do anything about it

About a year ago, I sent in a redemption to Upper Deck, (kenyon martin auto jersey /50) and 8 months later i call and they "didnt recieve it" None of these card companies will ever suprise me with how low they will go.

yes i as well sent my packs to upper deck with the bar code when i recieved 2 packs of UD Encore with only 3 cards. ( 2 warm ups guaranteed in each box ). Those packs should have had them in there. Sent the packs and the UPC code in a mannilla envelope. They said they never recieved them. Yeah right.

I just sent back a card to UD yesterday and sent it fully insured. This way someone has to sign for it and if they pull that crap saying it never arrived I will file Mail fraud and get my money back from the Post Office.

When dealing with any of these companies, we always send whatever they want sent priority mail & use either delivery or signature confirmation or both.
When you use either of those, you get a tracking # so you can go to usps.com, enter the tracking # & it will tell you the time & date your mail was either received or signed for.
It's a great way to show proof that what you sent them did, in fact, arrive at that end. When I mentioned that during our problem with UD, all of a sudden they no longer had the excuse that they never got it & was finally put in touch with a manager. Hope this helps!
