Luckily a clear picture is not needed for this one... Do you notice how the rev. is off about 10-15 degrees to the left (counterclockwise) from the obv.? Seems as if the die was not positioned correctly. Is this a common occurance (1945D)?

(Obverse die, Reverse die) so if the rotation is less than 15 degrees off that of the obverse design alignment,
there would be no premum.
Yours looks like it may be right on that border so you may need to take some fairly accurate
measurments to be sure.
One member has a web-site just for the purpose of taking those measurements.
They probably will post to your thread with that info soon...if not, I,ll track it down for you.
If you want, you can set up a profile for yourself by clicking on the profiles tab at the top of this page.
Some dont dont do it as they want some feelings of privacy, but most of us do set it up so they can

Another great feature is the PM or private messaging option. Its a good option to have open to
better one-on one disscussions you may want to have with another.
