    If you like Slam, i would pick up a "Dime" Mag, They'll Prob. have it wherever you bought the Slam.

    i don't think you can find any info on van exel on a plane and getting a call that his mom was shot 5 times or that b diddy (baron) had a rough childhood coming from parents who smoked but good thing his grandma cared about him.

    Internet - Magazines a lot different. The Dime mag has a whole bunch of pics with nba players with naked chics like press up against them lol, you dont find that on the internet. image

    this was an old issue. that's how i read it in the first place. i was cleaning out my closet and it was just in there.

    i found two more interesting quotes or rather stories and scanned them but one i'm not going to post due to language. image

    Slam is a pretty good magazine. I remember when they were hyping up Vince Carter as everyone else was calling him the next Jordan and all only to join the masses and call him Mr.Glass and basically have 1 cheap shot on VC every mag.

    I just hope VC has a monster season next year so he gets back into Slam with positives instead of all the crap they say about him. He should finally have a good 2nd option with Chris Bosh (hope he develops fast) as well as a healthy Lamond Murray.

    In general, Slam is one of the best basketball magazines and I do read it cover to cover when I get it.

    bosh is gonna be good. like everyone says, he just needs to bulk up but the prob. is, that his frame is not made for bulking up. he's just too thin! but look where kg is now so i guess it wouldnt' really matter.
