anyone ever have a problem with redemptions??

I tried to redeem one today. I scratched it and put the code in and it states that it has already been redeemed by another customer. Please let me know what you think

    upper deck takes an eternity and a day to send out redemptions

    Upper Deck has been VERY slow with thier new online redemption program. While we never had a problem like the one you stated, we are still waiting for a redemption card that we filed with UD online back in October of 2002!
    After repeated phone calls & emails to them, we have finally been put in contact with one of the managers of customer service. He just informed us late last week that our card was going to be sent out
    in the next week.
    After all the lies, delays, excuses & BS, we won't believe it until it arrives here! We have boycotted buying any of thier products, nice as they are, until this matter is finally resloved. We both wish you the best of luck getting your problem resloved; you are sure going to need it!
