What would you pay for this!?

I know a friend that has a super bowl mini helmet of the Rams, signed my Kurt Warner, Isaac Bruce, Torry holt, Az Zahir Akam, Orlando Pace and London Fletcher. I was wondering people think this would be worth? It was signed at the Super Bowl when the Rams won and Warner was MVP. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd think a very good bit, determining if it has COA, etc.

If I was buying it to resell and make money, I'd pay $100 tops. If I was buying it for myself, $150 tops.

this guy I know is selling it for $145..just not sure if I could make a decent profit or not.

And at 145, I wouldnt expect a COA either.
