Are turnaround times stabilizing/improving?

It appears that the turnaround times (in a very general sense) seem to be stabilizing. While I'm sure you and eveyone else is not happy with the actual length of time, at least it's not continuing to increase.

First, would you agree with this statement? Second, in your opinion, is this due to

a) fewer coins being submitted?
b) better flow/processing at PCGS?
c) combination of the two?

The turn-around time on economy and modern is still creeping up. We have significantly increased our capacity, but the submissions have increased even more.

The market is hot!

Life...with the exception of economy turn around time...is good in the coin market!
