Technical problems

Hi Everyone,

We are currently experiencing some database problems where cards and/or images seemingly disappear from people's sets. Fortunately, in most cases, the cards are still in the database and recoverable. Our technical staff is hard at working trying to locate the source of the problem and they hope to have it resolved soon. Should you experience any problems with your set, please email setregistry@collectors.com and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can on Monday. Thank you for your patience.

I've found that if the percent complete has gone down before I "submit for review" that if I go back into the set itself (sometimes a couple of times) that eventually, the percentage goes back to correct - then I hit submit for review.

To be specific, the database is timing out before collecting all of the data. Therefore, what it does retrieve for you when editing your sets, is all that is shown making it appear as though some cards are missing. The rest, fortunately, is still there in the database. We hope to have this problem is resolved early in the week.
