Book from PCGS on how they grade MS coins and what has happen in the last 6 months

Been some what dissapointed in the last two submissions i sent in a Lincoln coins, it seems to me that PCGS got somewhat harder on Lincolns lately....is it a new grader??? Is there anyway to get a book from PCGS that shows there standards from MS65-69.......Thank you and im trying not to whine here but i just dont understand some grades u give out on Lincolns lately........Thank you David

    I see a lot of Lincolns, both at PCGS and at the trade shows and auctions. I haven't noticed a change in the way they are being graded...but that's just my opinion and I'm not really focused on any one series, so it's not a strong opinion.

    I will say that I believe Gem quality Lincolns are one of the more difficult coins to grade.
