40 Washingtons all rare double dies missing, a USPS blunder!!! missing sence MAY 8th the USPS did not scan the box of coins. keep your eyes open all the inserts have ZAPS COINS and the (DMR)die marriage registry #and the CONECA # a reward of $5000.00 for the the return of the coins

    Omigosh, Bob! What a terrible thing! I don't recall a USPS screw-up of this magnitude being mentioned here before. I wish you the best in finding them!

    I hope they were insured!image That's a tremendous loss to a Washington specialist. I hope you can recover your coins and everything turns out good.

    thanks for your comments the coins were INS. to the max.the loss is not the money but years of collecting!!!the grading firm was sending the coins back to me when the USPS did not scan the coins so all I can do is wait.

    still looking for a AU or better 1943 (11-O-1) double die
