He was already kicked off of eBay twice due to too many negative feedbacks.

    Did he magically make your card disappear, or did you send it to him? It seems to me, that if he did in fact "steal" your card, you would have his address...

    ...I walk into my card shop one day, take some cards sitting on the counter that were just laying there(MJ rookie, Kobe auto, Carter SP Authentic RC), walk out. The owner of the card(I know the owner) shop calls the police. The owner says he thinks it was me who stole them. They call me up, and I go down there. I admit I took them and tell the police "It was a joke." I wonder what the police would do...

    oasurfer and i had a small deal. I sold him some cards for $3. He got the cards and I got NO money. Its was small, but at the end, its the principal of a deal and he didnt fulfill. A rip in my books to me.

    Anyone that doesn't make good on their end, whether they've sent or not, is a bad trader to me.
    Not saying you're a rip, but if someone did that to me, I would say they're a bad trader.
