PVC erratication

Is there a safe way of removing the PVC film from a silver coin then have it graded by PCGS? I received back from PCGS a silver con with the dreaded bodybag and had PVC contaminated.

    You can dip the coin in Jeweluster...I would use a diluted solution of 50% Jeweluster and 50% water. Be sure and rinse the coin carefully and dry thoroughly with a soft towel...
