info about this puppy right here? Is it yours, or consignment? If it is yours, I'd love to hear the story behind it, because I've put together sets before and it's a herculean task. Where'd you come up with the Choo Choo Coleman on such short notice?

Wow
"There's no crying in baseball card set building."
He doesn't mention Ken Hubbs #550. If he has that one autographed, he has a lot of explaining to do. He died before the card was issued.
I'm certain there are no Umbright autographs either. It mentions his death on the back of his card.
Long time no speak. I've been busy at work and today was my first chance to check out some of the posts. The seller's name is Rob Rodriguez. I have bought autographed items from him in the past for my collection and have traded and sold him cards and memorabilia. He is a real class act. If he says they are real, they are. I was skeptic myself at first and a couple of earlier items I won from him on Ebay, I sent to PSA/DNA and everyone authenticated. I recommended to him that he should do this himself so there is not doubt. He owns everything he sells and has much more than this in his collection autographed. A real amazing amount of cards and memorabilia. Hope this helps and I hope everyone is having a nice summer.
Be Well,
Mike
<< <i>The nine autographs missing from the set are as follows: Clemente, Hutchinson, Umbricht, Keane, Choo Choo Coleman, Grover Powell, Weekly, Dees, and Kirkland. However, all nine are out there. That will be the fun, the thrill of the hunt. Good Luck!.

He may not be counting the Hubbs as a possible card (like he eliminated the Umbright from the "needed" list after determining it was likely not possible to exist). So the card is likely in the set but not auto'd. That would be a good question to ask the seller to confirm.
2005 Origins Old Judge Brown #/20 and Black 1/1s, 2000 Ultimate Victory Gold #/25
2004 UD Legends Bake McBride autos & parallels, and 1974 Topps #601 PSA 9
Rare Grady Sizemore parallels, printing plates, autographs
Nothing on ebay
That's not the Hubbs, it's Ken Boyer and it is signed in ball-point. Has anyone emailed the seller about the Hubbs as well as how the checklist cards were handled? It would be interesting to know. It is also interesting that the Hubbs wasn't mentioned at all in the initial listing nor has it been added yet. Why make not of the Umbricht situation yet omit Hubbs?
<< <i>Do the '64 checklists have a headshot of a player on them, like say, '68 or '69? If so then I'd be they're likely signed too. But indeed, that would be something that needed to be clarified. >>
no. just a generic representation of a fielder. an example can be seen here
<< <i>My 1962 set is the same way. When I bought it as a complete signed set I wasn't expecting everything to be signed. Imagine my surprise when I got it when all the Babe Ruth Story cards were signed too. What a bonus that was! >>
I'd be concerned about the authenticity of those cards.
On Fri Jul 11 10:57:00 PDT 2003, seller added the following information:
NOTE: The Hubbs "IN MEMORIUM" card is obviously not autographed. I didn't put that in my missing autograph list because I thought that was obvious. This falls under the category of IMPOSSIBLE. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
What will it go for? Anyone taking bets?
