Stump...What Happened to Your 1969 Set?

It is showing you at <50% completion yet all the cards are there. It looks like a software glitch.

I have noticed this for the past few days but I've been out of town and didn't have the time to post. It's not just Dave's '69 set. There are 2 sets with the wrong % listed in the 1970 set as well - the #3 set (Missabay's 1970) shows 52.5% and the last check I did showed it at 77.08%. The #7 set (Chuck Nan) shows 13.47% - last check was 37.22%. I haven't noticed any others. You would think that the calculation would be automatic - I can't imagine what sort of "glitch" could produce these results.

I'm curious to find out what could cause this.

  • Jeb & Gemint,

Not only is the problem with the total value .. but sometimes when I go to update my 1974 set it show hundreds of cards as missing but are in my set and have been registered. However, when I submit my updates/changes the percentage is correct.

I went to update my '41 Play Ball set yesterday and about 25% of the cards weren't there. Rather than adding the new card (I was afraid that validating the set would delete the "missing" cards from my set) I cancelled the update. Went back in today and they were all there. Must be a temporary glitch.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

I've had that happen to me as well, but this is the first time I've actually seen wrong info listed on the top 20 web pages.

    Dave,

On the upside, just think, once you add the other 50% ± of the cards, your GPA should be somewhere over 16.00. That would be an incredible accomplishment - to complete the entire set in PSA 16 or better! image

I noticed this problem too and then everything was fine,I was worried that I was going to have to reinsert pictures and cards all over again but it turned out ok.
