Having certified over 8,000,000 coins, how many have PCGS actually examined. this figure would include: fakes, cleaned, altered etc.

Haven't kept track of exact numbers. My guess is that no grades ar between 2% and 4%, or 150,000 to 350,000 coins. Actual counterfeits are rare...It wouldn't surprise me if we see less than a few hundred a year.
