Rotated Proof?

Anyone know or would be willing to hypothecise on the rarity and value of a rotated reverse on a 2002 Proof nickel?

It came in a Proof Set diretly from the U. S. Mint.

    Could you guesstimate in degrees?

    I'll go back and check it tomorrow, it is in the box. I was getting some sets out to sell on Ebay and forgot about THAT set until I saw the note that I attached to the box. I'll go back and look tomorrow to see to what degree it is rotated.
