    Whats a freebie grading and how do you qualify for one.
    Retail coin dealers, the only people who can buy a $10 coin for $2, and sell it for $30.

    Need to be a pcgs collectors club member gold lever or higher.
    Every quarter pcgs picks a coin and if you have one you can get it graded for free. The shipping is not free though.
