A PR70 in an ANACS holder? I have not!image
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    I remember seeing a modern commem. on eBay that was a PR70 by ANACS, never seen one in person though.

    No, but I talked to an ANACS grader at the Seminar, and he said, while he's NEVER (and will NEVER) give out a 70, some coins that he has graded 69 did end up in 70 holders... they do exist.
