Very nice piece. I have a few in that condition, certified. My favorite series. Wish I saw this one a couple weeks ago when I had more money to spend! Oh well..
That dealer is very reputable. Bought my first slabbed IHC from Ann. The coin is pretty decent with it being nice and bright especially for an 82, which often comes dark even as an RD. I suspect though that there is a fingerprint on the reverse below the ribbon.
