I made the mistake of buying these at auction a few years back. They were in one of those fancy felt lined cases that hold 5 coins. I did not get much chance to examine the coins... just saw some neat toning (before I knew the difference). With a loop it appears all these coins were wizzed... they are covered with fine parrallel lines through the fields and over the devices, almost as if they were held up to a large shoe buffer were stern bristles. I bet they looked nice and shiny when they were sold. In general, these were AU+ before whizzing. Suspect they toned for many many years in the case. Obverses are mainly white. All commom dates.
