I'm selling a 1999 silver proof set to board members only, I'm selling it for $135 shipped because there is slight toning on the state quarters, the only quarters with the toning are the connecticut which has a little rim toning, and there is a little toning on the georgia, but other than that the all the other coins look great. There is absolutely no toning on the penny, nickel, dime, or dollar. The set comes complete with box and coa.
