Economy turnaround of 25 calender days?

Yep, that's a 25 in the title, not a 75. A forum member just reported an economy submission that arrived on 6/5 and shipped on 6/30. Was this a fluke? Did it get put in the wrong queue?

    Russ...Sad to say it must have been a fluke.Though we have beefed up the processing staff and added to the grading staff, our submissions are up 25% in the past 90 days...we remain seriously behind the 8 ball with submissions still pouring in. The economy turn around has hoovered around 75 days for the past two weeks. We don't like it and we are working on it...but the solution takes time...David
