Question---Deep Cameo--How to tell?

Hello,

Can anyone explain how PCGS determines Deep Cameo? I have heard something about having to be able to read a reflection in the field at a certain distance but I don't know all the details. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

That's a criteria for PL and DMPL Morgan dollars, not deep cameo.
