if it is a 94 P in that condition, it is a prize, but the lines emanating from below the neck are curious.
personally - for me - blast white does just fine.

Wow, now thats a pretty coin. Hopefully those marks below the neck are on the holder? Unless it's a cleaned up scan, I don't see why it only made 66.

P as in proof - a point which escaped me, as I didn't see the link to the auction.
obviously the marks under the neck weren't a concern to PCGS.
It is a stunning coin.
