Wild guess: NO. I think 69 was the highest for 19th century coins and before.

If any 19th century coin would have made a 69 it would be a Morgan, and I don't think there are any 69 Morgans - I know there are 68s though.

There was a 19th century gold piece that got a 69, can't remember exactly which one though. I suppose a 70 is possible, but I haven't seen one yet. That would be quite a valuable coin.

I'm pretty certain that there is one PCGS MS69 Morgan though I don't have access to a pop report.

It looks like 8 Morgans in MS69 and 1 in MS69PL as well as the 1 in PR69. I'm sure we'd all like to see any one of these! image

Are we talking about ACG coins? image We'd be seeing some nice MS-72 DCAM ancients then...
