Turning early holdered coins into CAM proofs

I have a 1950 Proof Franklin in one of the first PCGS slabs (dot matrix printer/perforated edges)

I think it should be a CAM but when it was graded, they were not given

How do I submit/resubmit for proper designation (if it meets it)?

-> crackout and submit raw, cross at any grade, grade review ???

We have a service called the designation review. Submitt the coin in the PCGS holder and it will be reviewed and the designation changed if it meets the Cameo or Deep Cameo standards. I believe the service is only $5 or $10. Customer service can give you the details and explain how to do it.
