I don't know squat about WLHs but I think this one is really nice. A complete full strike, slight cameo effect on the obverse devices, proof-like surfaces and originality. It has a slight rainbow near Liberty's feet (sorry about my pics, I need better lighting and camera) as well as a nice rainbow pattern on the reverse with yellows, reds and greens.

Is there a way to tell if its a proof? The strike is too nice to be business and the surfaces make me wonder as well.
Thanks
~Michael

The rev looks a little weak imo. May just be the image, but the center of breast might be weak, and the left leg of eagle feathers for sure looks weak and I don't think it's do to the image. Just giving my opinion, honestly I might wonder the same thing rainbowroosie suspects, except I really don't care for the look of this one.
As for cleaning - I doubt it. There's no evidence of any cleaning, unless it was dipped a long time ago.
As for the strike -- my camera su*cks. Not only is the thumb full and split, each finger is clearly visible. The skirt lines are clear, even the details on the sandals are all there. The head detail is there as well. The stem might be a little weak. On the reverse, each feather is clear on both legs and breast. Even the pine cones are clear and full of detail. I can even see the nostril in the Eagle's beak. I'm not sure which of these define full strike, but the details on this coin are spectacular.
I like it, and I'm really starting to appreciate this design when its well struck.
Thanks

Actually, all of the above you describe combined together describe full strike. That's why I said going from the image I saw and it might just be the image making it look weak. I also know to capture color you have to tilt the coin hence, losing detail in strike. Glad you're happy and congrats. Hopefully you weren't offended with my opinion, but since you asked I gave it.
