The picture looks deceptive. I see a lot of hairlines, but can't tell if they are hairlines or die polish marks. From the look on the bust I'd say that the coin has been whizzed. I'd pass on this one.

  • It looks whizzed to me. The obverse has vertical buff lines over the entire face.

It's either cleaned or has some really severe die polish lines. Since the seller says <<<if you look closely there is just a hint of light cleaning from a long time ago>>> I'll go with cleaned.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

I should read more carefully, I completely missed the part about the cleaning. The picture does look suspicious.

Description: There is just a hint of light cleaning from a long time ago...

Translation: It's cleaned so harshly that I couldn't get away with trying to pass it off as original as I might normally do.

    The guy at least said:

    1) It was cleaned

    2) He gives a picture.

    3) There's a return policy.

What else do you people want? Geez....
