I finally got a 1979 Palmer in PSA-9 I've been looking for this card for about 3 years now. My Palmer basic set is now complete!

Congrats on the Palmer. Finding a card after that long is pure joy.

Hopefully there will be another card quest very soon, otherwise hobby life will perish
Good luck on the next one as well
Great Job Robert.....are you planning to go after any other players?
John
Congratulations -- I know that finishing even a basic player set can be quite an effort. You should be commended for your persistance and a very high grade player set.
Your Master Player set is also very nice -- including some very tough O-Pee-Chee cards in top grade. The Master Player Sets are what really scare me (in terms of their potential size). Just when I thought I was starting to get a handle on the Mike Schmidt Master Player Set (I have about 50-75 new additions to be made after I get my next submission back from PSA), I get the news that PSA will start grading the cut cards, like Hostess, late 1980s Drake, box bottoms, etc. It's never ending!!

I've got some extras of most cards if you need anything in particular, let me know.

I had an easier time finding a 79 OPC Palmer 9 than finding the Topps version. Go figure. I've also got a few really nice raw OPC Palmers which I plan to submit eventually.
