E-Bay MS70 & PR70 Modern Commem. Listings Abound

Has anyone else noticed that a ton of MS70 and PR70 PCGS Modern Commemorative (especially gold) coins have been listed on E-Bay lately? Have there been a rash of submissions coming back as 70's or have prices on these coins reached a plateau where now is the opportune time to sell? Any ideas???

I have noticed some board memebers either liquidating or thinning their collection of PR/MS 70's. I really dont know if it has any significance.

One coin that made MS70 in mass was the S$1 West Point Commem. There are over 200 of these--if I recall correctly--in MS70. If the price will get down to $100 or so (like MS69 Lincolns) I may buy one.

Can't say for the other coins.
