the reverse needs to be rotated a rather noticeable amount on anything before it starts to gain notice and value. here's a sweet one i lucked out and found about 2 months ago. while it isn't an SMS Jefferson you should get the idea.
Carl is right. Minor die rotation is fairly common on the 1960's era coinage. I see it quite a bit on the Kennedys. Matter of fact, the crown jewell of my set is rotated about 8 degrees.

Any coin rotated 15° or less in either direction is within mint tolerence and not considered an error. Most coins rotated under 90° rarely have any collector interest. Not sure if this is a SMS coin or not but it is an early die state still showing the die polish lines on both obverse and reverse and just misses being full medal rotation.
