Graders and submitting

David,
Out of curiosity, are graders allowed to submit their own coins? If so, are there any rules for maintaining arms-length grading?

    Full-time graders are not allowed to submitt any coins for grading. We occassionally use part-time graders and they can submitt coins for grading. They are not supposed to grade their own coins, and as far as I know, no part-time grader has ever graded his own coins...David
