Question about a cracked coin

If I send in a coin that has been cracked (not by me) along with the PCGS label and the coin is given the same grade, will the same cert number be assigned to it?

You would have to send the coin in for grading raw, as when a coin is cracked out "all bets are off." You could send in the old tag and request the same cert from customer service.
