Judging proof coins via scanned images is as tough as it gets, but I'll give it a shot.
The strike is exceptional (look at Abe's bow tie). Although proofs are supposed to have near perfect strikes, Lincoln's from the 30's and 40's typically do not. Sometimes you'd think that the Mint polished the planchets AFTER striking them.
There is a toning spot near 3:00 on the obverse and there appear to be two hits on Abe's shoulder near the rim. The haze should be a negative, but I often notice haze on even high grade examples.

I'll guess MS64RD. Could be MS65RB.
