Even though some people do collect the Merc variety coins, in which there are quite a few, I have seen no published price on the lesser variety types. More than likely each coin would have to be priced by what a collector is willing to pay for the example. This answer probably did not help you at all either with your question.
Most are hard to distinguish varieties and that is probably why not much interest is shown about these.
