    The scan looks like a Tripled die obverse on the 7 & 0, but the mint mark wouldn't be affected so I think it's machine or ejection doubling or tripling. Although I've never heard of machine or ejection tripling.

    This one has a doubled motto. You can't tell from this pic, but it is. I have 3 more just like it.
    I'll post some clearer images of that detail later if anyone cares to see 'em.
