Was trying to look up a submission and got someone elses by mistake. Did not even need the zip code.
Someone really upped the pops on 1935-P Washington Quarters. Cert#s 71690132 thru 71690175 all MS!!

You can put in anyones submission. Thing is, it's random. The only reason why zip is asked is for when they have multiple people with the same submission number. Shouldn't happen, but does happen. A LOT.
