Is this PVC damage/residue

    I think it's most likely toning because if it was PVC that big and that green I don't think PCGS could miss it. mike
  • i cant tell much from the pic, but id say yes. It could be that a small spot had just started prior to grading and it grew while in the holder.
    Retail coin dealers, the only people who can buy a $10 coin for $2, and sell it for $30.
