Good deal on rare variety?

Not sure why I bid. I'm not a variety collector, but when I saw the low price with just minutes to go, I couldn't resist bidding:
1833 dime JR-8, R-5
This may be one of my 4 for $25 slabs. Will PCGS put attributions on a slab (or is this one for ANACS)? Also, will they slab this coin with the ding on the reverse? I know they slab dinged rarities, like Chain Cents, but don't know about variety rarities.
