Do graders know the type of submission?

David,

Thank you for hosting yet another Tuesday evening Q&A!

I understand from reading your responces from earlier threads the graders are blind to who the customer is.

Just out of curiosity do the graders know what teir a customer has requested or what the turn around time the customer is expecting?

Graders do not whose coins they are grading. However, they do know the major category of submission, i.e. walk-thru, express, regular, economy, because for processing purposes the boxes are a different color.
