pay-pal e-mails

I just received a second e-mail from pay-pal(?) in a fem months regarding innovations in detecting inactive accounts and such. I use my account a couple times a month but what concerns me is they ask you for your e-mail address and password. Also this e-mail comes from a secure address so you do not know who it is going to. I rember someone posting a similer problem and I was wondering if anyone heard anything about it since. Joe
